“I have stayed here many times and the new ownership has significantly upgraded the facility. The rooms and the public areas all look new. The only negative comment I have is that the 6 am breakfast was not available by the time I had to leave at 6:10 am.”

“First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. I told the clerk and was given yet another room, which was in even worse condition, I ultimately left the……

“We had a wonderful time at Tera’s house! It was plenty big for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the pool table and poker, and the adults enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen for games as well as the fire pit and coffee options. Close to restaurants etc even though it feels rural. Loved it!”

“We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier. ”
