“Charming cottage at back of main house with short walk to lake. Host was extremely informative and met us when we arrived. Left us to our short getaway after giving us the lay of the land. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the house and we all enjoyed our time there! That being said, there were some minor details that I think are worth passing on for future guests to be aware of prior to their stay: -There were area rugs placed on top of the carpets in each room (totally understandable to protect high traffic areas!) however, they were laid out so poorly they bunched up all over and were like that for so long they were impossible to flatten out. “We rented the main house and guest house for a ski trip with our kids and some of their college friends. Upon arrival, the place was spotless! There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Guest house was also perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. Gore mountain very close also convenient to supermarket and a few restaurants. Only minor issue was inconsistent water pressure which is not unusual in ski / lake houses like.this. Would definitely rent again ”

“Loved our stay here. Hot tub was relaxing after our long day of hikes. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids loved the arcade and games in the basement. A few minor issues were there such as only the small microwave was working. Dishes weren't thoroughly cleaned. But overall an amazing experience in this beautiful home.Location is great with grocery store and beautiful scenic views of mountains and rivers in the walking distance. ”

“We had a great time! House was big enough to accommodate our group with 5 bedrooms and more places to sleep to spare! We couldn’t use their dock for our boat but we were able to rent a slip just down the road for $30 a day which wasn’t bad I thought. Stacey and Scott were very nice and responsive. I would definately recommend this house! ”

“The cabin was beautiful. The area is perfectly located so that you can enjoy all that Lake George and the town has to offer while still getting the gorgeous views of nature. So dog friendly, multiple areas to take your pups! Owner had dog dishes available for water for our pups. Absolutely will stay here again!”
