“Was perfect and the bath room is big enough for 4 women”

“The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances……

“I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom. Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry……

“Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!”

“Loved that I could walk to Oak Creek Village, but the property itself was in a quiet and not populated area. Hiking was a short 5 minute drive to Bell Rock and Court House Vistas. The room and bed were comfortable. This time of year, aside from one night, I had the place to myself. I enjoyed the common kitchen/living area where I would have my meals. Only Con: was all the additional fees, and you have to sign a damage waiver fee, plus 12 hours before I still hadn't received all the check……

“While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it.”
