“The property looks a bit outdated even within the style. Waterfilter on each floor instead of the first floor. I was a little shock to get an email asking me to take the trash out, which I did. Considering this is all self-service (make your own bed, take care of your towels, etc.), I would think that taking out the trash would be something that you would do in between stays (new clean towls, sheets, etc.). I appreciate the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels that you provided.……

“This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen is small but had bar stools and a small dining room table and had the cookware we needed. The condo location is right next to a trail and field and walking distance to the beach. It was great. ”

“We had a nice visit. First the negatives:The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a layer of dust on everything, jelly stains on the window sill, coffee cup marks on side tables, hair and dust in the bathtub. I feel like it may have been a while since it had been rented. “I greatly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Some may find the room or the building dated but I found it to be charming, clean, and in a great location. The price was very affordable, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store, so some nights I’d go out with people but others I could just buy some groceries and cook in the unit. The location is great, takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and the rest of Palm……
