“We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!”

“The overall property was beautiful and in a great location. However, my unit was not put together and had window blinds strewn all over the kitchen and bedroom. Additionally, the shower head could not stay on the wall and would fall into the tub every time I would turn the water on. Lastly, the listing said it included valet parking but the front desk said valet was nonexistent. When I raised these concerns with Vacasa, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. After 5 separate conversations,……

“The condo was perfect but dealing with the property manager regarding my service dog was insane. She needs to have a checklist when a dog is staying. The checklist should say: We need vet papers, weight of animal, picture of pet.... ALL in one email not spread out over a week. Every time I would send her something I guess she would think of something else. Not professional at all regarding this situation. ”
