“We enjoyed our stay, nothing of concern to report. A couple minor items ( colander, mixing bowl) would had been helpful in an otherwise well supplied kitchen. Overall things were great! Thank you!”

“The property location is good but it is obvious the owners are cutting corners on the property. The beds are largely uncomfortable and have cheap mattresses. Kitchen poorly equipped for cooking old cheap pans not many cooking utencils. Shower in the shared bathroom had either scalding water or cold with no comfortable option. Check in was delayed with nothing on beds other than sheets owner brought blankets the second day. The poorest experience at a rental as I have ever had. Sorry but have to……

“Easy communication, awesome rental. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings, kitchen has everything you need. Good wi fi and quiet neighborhood with heated pool across the street. Easy to get to stores and shopping in Sebring or Lake Placid. Will definitely stay here again !!!! Thank you Frank for great communication and a wonderful property!!!”

“We relocated from gulf coast during hurricane. We very impressed with this property & felt very comfortable. The property manager was so very helpful and understanding during our time of stress. Hopefully we don’t need to, if we need to evacuate for another storm we will definitely look to stay again ”
