“Thank you all the staff there provided amiable services to us that we had wonderful journey in rotorua. I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! ”

“Great property at a great price! Our room was newly remodeled and very quiet! The owner (I think) welcomed us and showed us to our room (even though it was raining). He made sure we knew how to work the AC and TV and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel while doing activities in the Rotorua area!”
