“stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but……

“This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests. The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch……

“One of the worst and overpriced motel, very old and smelled really bad when we checked it. This motel seriously needs a makeover. 1) There is one room, the kitchen and the living room are upstairs, the bathroom and the other room are downstairs, and the air conditioner is upstairs and doesn't work on the downstairs room. Creaking floorboards from room above kept me awake. Sink bench upstairs is high and microwave is located quite high on top too. Old shower box and the bottom of the box and……

“Absolutely gorgeous location right on the lake. Loved the hot tub and stepping out directly to the lake. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the coffee each morning. Highly recommend!”

“I know this facility is not an actual "hotel", but I am not renting a caravan space or a camping site. I would expect some tissue paper in the room ( an hopefully a hair dryer?)”
