“After a rocky start with management re cleanliness of cottage, I settled into a very comfy stay here for about 3mos. The light is great, lots of windows. There are a few annoyances, but I grew to overlook them and enjoy what the cottage has to offer…definitely privacy and quiet. There’s a lovely park within blocks. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! I’ll miss it! ”

“This house was super ,it worked so well for all of us. We loved that it was close to the beach for early morning walks and runs!! “We had an excellent 2 night stay in this cute little cottage. We came up for a Friday afternoon wedding and were able to check in a little early to freshen up and change beforehand. Thank goodness, because it was pouring down rain! Margaret quickly responded to our questions and gave a great winery recommendation. The house was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again, especially since we joined 2 wine clubs while we were up there!”

“Furniture and beds were comfy. The house offered everything we possibly could’ve needed for our stay including some toys for our three-year-old. Relatively quiet if you’re inside, but close to the freeway so there is noise. We didn’t walk to anything in the neighborhood, but drove a couple miles toward the ocean where there were many wonderful coffee shops, icee cream, restaurants and things to see and do. Overall, a nice home to spend the night.”

“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……
