“Good place to stay. Did only have one set of 4 towels and 2 washcloth for the 4 of us. If your a light sleeper it's a very noisy area with traffic and sirens. The upstairs people were very late at night people and noisy on the ceiling. ”

“Wonderful place!Came to Rockford for my grand neices x2 1st BD party. House had all comforts, great massage chair too. Host, Michelle, had variety snacks on table wirh I arrived, nice personal note too. Coffee available which was greatly appreciated. Nice little touches like these means alot. Labor day weekend brought out all the boaters which was fun to watch while sitting in the Adirondack chairs.This will def be my Rockford home away from home.Thanks Michelle!”

“We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those……

“We would absolutely stay at this location again. The house was well stocked with amenities including laundry detergent and other basic needs for a longer stay. Host communicated very quickly and was flexible with us in our departure. Beds were also comfortable, TV in living room was large and nice LED background lights. Comfortable furniture all around. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future. Thanks again!”

“Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything was clean and ready for us, a family with 2 kids, one of them a toddler. The only downside is the internet that’s super slow, but you’re not in that house to be on internet all day long. Thank you!”

“The bathroom downstairs toilet leaked, the floor was wet the entire time. The ceiling downstairs was leaking, we had to have towels down almost the entire time. The house was NOT CLEANED. I had to spend two hours cleaning it after arriving. There was a dead rat in the kitchen sink drain. We had to sleep with the rancid smell the first night. Owners sent a maintenance man who got half of the rat out of the sink and left. My husband had to open the sink and drain and get the other half. ……
