“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Below are the issues that I have experience during my stay from 15th to 17th December 2018. Please note that I had to leave the hotel on 17th instead of 19th due to the extra ordinary pool quality even through I paid for the hotel until the 19th. 1. The first room assigned to us was extremely dirty such as a dirty spot in the bathtub and hair/dirty on the carpet. 2. I requested to change the room and the reception replied that it was an upgraded room……

“Cockroaches were found on the 1st day and even on the 2nd day after making up the room, though we have reported to the front desk in the morning of the 2nd day. Finally, a new room has been arranged for us but some lights in the new rooms cannot be turned on and the shower does not work!”

“The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The area felt safe and it was easy to get to public transport or walk everywhere if you want to. Perfect place to rest for a couple of nights while exploring KL.”
