“在此酒店住了4晚, 至目前為此,此酒店是我曾入住的酒店中,服務最佳的,甚至比其他大城市的五星酒店更好. 1. 入住翌日為本人的生日,當晚兩位酒店職員主動送了1個生日蛋糕上房,並為我慶祝,服務十分貼心 2. 酒店是一個有100多年歷史的古跡,旅遊書說她是印度第一間酒店,不少名人,包括英女皇也曾入住,酒店地方十分廣大及佈置有英國殖民地風格,我們在酒店內周圍拍照時迷了路,竟然有工作人員突然出現,並能稱呼我的姓名,知我住哪間房間,指引我回房的道路,簡直服務周到. 3. 每次離開房間, 再次回房時, 酒店的職員都會補回房內的飲用水, 簡直奇妙, 在溫度達40度的印度, 水是很重要的! 4. 惟美中不足, 是酒店離購物區(New Market)較遠, 每次到購物區皆要行一段路程(約旺角朗豪坊至花墟距離).”
