“Great stay, no problems with the house what so ever, neighbor has a great culture feel, amazing elote place down the road along with 6 Flags and a fairly short trip to the city. Only complaint is that it was listed as the whole house but there were people staying below in the basement, did not effect our stay whatsoever though. Had a really good time and would stay again!”

“Overall great place to stay! Would’ve appreciated a welcome booklet that had some better directions on how to use the projector in the theater room but there were directions for other things posted around the house when necessary. When we walked in, the place had not been vacuumed and there was dust/hair/crumbs on the floor that we vacuumed ourselves. Otherwise, everything else was clean including sheets and counters. ”

“The pictures on the VRBO & Redfin are old. Prior to our stay, I had multiple exchanges with JJ, the owner. Two weeks prior to our stay, I read over past reviews and noticed that on January 6, 2023, Allie V wrote a review listing multiple problems. I asked if those issues had been addressed. He said that he was going to have a handyman come out, but that didn't happen. There wasn't hot water the entire weekend in the main part of the house and no water at all in the other section of the home. I……

“Well worth renting this home. We stayed here for a Great Lakes graduation and long weekend with our new sailor. Beautiful home, lots of nice touches. Windows and porches overlooking lake. Balcony off primary bedroom. Plenty of space. Great TV streaming access for relaxing evenings. Well apportioned kitchen. Thanks to the owners for a smooth process and great stay!”

“A three night stay We were comfortable and pleased with all the amenities. Fishing by the dock, kayaking and enjoying an adult beverage. A magical place to celebrate a new stage. Just one hour away but distant enough to relax the mind ”
