“Very cute small cottage. Great for a couple or a single person trying to get away. Has a nice back porch. You can take a lil trail and walk 15 min into town. You can drive to the river in like 20 min. ”

“Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.”

“We had a great stay at the Hummingbird House! It was peaceful, quiet and a great place to unplug. There was convenient laundry on site and Tal and Audra were communicative and very kind and helpful. They even dropped off sweets for New Year’s Eve after asking if we had any dietary restrictions, which we do. Although the home feels secluded there is a grocery store as well as Petco only 15 minutes away. Downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City are fun to explore and also nearby! There is another……

This home shows pride of ownership it is impeccably clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay and more . A relaxing retreat!! “This is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada City area for a long weekend.Small but cosy. Quiet, out-of-the way place in a pastoral setting . . . Hillsides; Oaks; Pines; Pond; Geese; Ducks; Boats; Kayaks; Views. Not a stay all day kind of place but nice to come back to after an out-and-about day.Host was gracious with welcome signs and clear use guidelines; Quarters were well maintained with nice kitchen and dining area. Only drawback is one small bathroom……

“We were unable to find the property and had no response from the host after an email regarding conflicting emails with two different check in times. We were on a wild goose chase with our navigation leading us to 3 different areas all with either a dead end road or locked gate! Frustrating- Would recommend no one to rent this place in the future! also would recommend Vrbo/expedia have a way to contact host directly for times like this!”

“This house in Lake Wildwood was perfect for our visit to family in the same neighborhood. It was clean and very comfortable (both the beds and living room). The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved looking out over the lake, particularly in the morning. Lots of wildlife to watch as well. We were there over Christmas, which was fun because there were lots of Christmas lights to enjoy. Unfortunately, it rained every day of our trip, so we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities the house……

“The property was beautiful and clean. Communication with management was clear and I appreciated the quick responses. Lots of room for plenty of people. I booked for an overnight stay for my 14 year old daughter's birthday with her 6 friends. They enjoyed the spacious property and hot tub (weather was too cold to enjoy pool). Plenty of rooms to choose from. Will try to stay there during the summer and use pool and huge backyard for a barbeque. Flexible with late check out. Friendly vibes from……
