“The unit was very clean. Location was great. Slight problem with check in. We had all the check in info texted to us. Got into the complex with no problem. Tried getting into the unit we were given and the code didn't work. Tried a few times, finally called the emergency number given. “I stayed in the upstairs unit. it was clean and comfortable. i loved having the washer and dryer available in the unit. the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. it was nice to be able to park right in the drive way. the staircase going to the second level unit was a bit narrow.”

“Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not……
