“This is a nice hotel. The weekend I stayed, I am not sure what was going on around the area, but the prices were very high at all hotels. Easy check-in, friendly staff. There was some hair in the tub that I had to clean out, but that wasn't a huge deal. This was my first time booking through a third party, and I wasn't aware that I would have to pay an additional $100 deposit. ”

“My Place Hotel's location was right off I-70, very convenient. Parking and check-in were quick and easy. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. It was a pleasant place--we were just passing through and needed just what the hotel provided.”

“The hotel pool & hot tub was dirty. Rooms were clean except the vents & filters in the heat/air, these were full of dust. For people that have allergies & asthma this wasn't good. We didn’t have hot water & when we thought we would it was only lukewarm. One of the elevators wasn’t working on Saturday.It was working the first night we got there but then stopped. The only other elevator was barely working. During checkout I had brought it up all she said was I will let the engineer know. No offer……

Staff was engaging and present at front desk. disappointed in the cleaning staff-found food particles on sofa behind pillow, 2 of 3 bottles low or empty in bathroom-even after "thorough cleaning" mid week, same breakfast all week, put out too much food product all at once that sat for too long and became overly dry, milk not chilled properly”
