“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“This property is a great option for a family, girlfriends/guyfriends getaway! Its 3 BIG block from the stock yards, but walkable if wanted. We walked the first evening but used rideshare the rest of the time (older family). Loved having a garage to park out vehicle in and felt very secure. Only Con, the street noise but it gets quite around 10 or so. ”
