“Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Berg und die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattete mir einer kleinen Küche Zeile, ohne Ofen. Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine, Besteck usw. sind vorhanden. Skikeller ist ebenfalls sehr smart gelöst, alles abschließbar. Frühstück kann ebenfalls mit gebucht werden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist komfortabel, WLAN etc. ist vorhanden. Rundum alles sehr gut . Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und……

“Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!”

“Wow!! We only stayed at Hotel Zum Hirschen for one night in room 346, but we did not want to leave and wished we could’ve stayed longer. This hotel is fantastic, great staff, great food, nice bar, a lovely little pool and the saunas. The rooms are incredible, spacious enough to stay for an extended period as they are like mini apartments. The bed was amazing and the pillows so soft. The room was quiet, cool and dark. Slept like a baby 💤 We were able to park our motorcycle in the adjoining……

“Das Hotel ist fußgängig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der Fußgängerzone und dem See. Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemütliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber.”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“Very nice hotel, great spa. Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians. It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab. ”

“Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires. Un grand bravo et merci à Sylvia du club enfant ! Il manque peut-être une aire de jeu extérieure pour les enfants (toboggans, murs d'escalade, ...).”
