The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished & equipped & perfect for two couples, with lots of nice individual touches. Secure on site parking a bonus. “This place is perfectly located between downtown and Midtown. Doesn't hurt that there was a crawfish festival literally a block from our door. Plenty of great restaurants and walkable streets. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!”

“This property was nice. There were tons of toiletries and snacks. In the listing, it states that there is a pull out couch bed but there is not one in the apartment. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs as well. There is also a smoky/weed smell, but that is not the host’s fault. Overall, this is a nice cozy little spot. ”

“Thank you! Overall very pleased with VRBO. Good location- safe neighborhood. Spacious home with nice rooms. Nice common area for hanging out. Nice kitchen. Loved parking and check in - safe and great temp of house. Housekeeping could be one area to be improved/ house was clean but some attention to details is missing. Example- kitchen closet when opened (because cleaning supplies were seen under the food) a broom fell out and was clearly shoved in closet. It was okay w four adults but a kid……

“I was driving through Memphis and found it to be great for the night. It's accurately listed in the description and the hosted was very responsive. It is right by the train tracks, so it can be slightly noisy. I sleep pretty soundly and wasn't disturbed by the noise. They also have ear plugs which I thought was considerate. ”
