“The employees were so pleasant & helpful! The shuttle to Graceland & The Guest House was great, parked in the gated area & didn’t have to drive until we checked out! Beds comfy, room clean, a guitar shaped pool & a good breakfast!!! I will stay there again if I am in Memphis!”

“Definitely recommend staying at Hyatt hotel in Germantown. Very safe area, breaskest had healthy servings, staff was very friendly. Room very clean, bed confortable, onlly down side shower sprayed on floor poor design and bathroom was very tight. Reported leak to front desk. ”
