Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. “Absolutely perfect stay!!! We stayed at Sunset Haven a couple years ago and never thought we could top our stay there, it was wonderful. Sunset Oasis topped it! Both places were awesome but the view from the upstairs bedroom at Oasis is breathtaking! The hot tub was amazing with another fantastic view! We can't wait to come back. Thank you Paul!”

“The house location was beautiful. We loved waking up to the view of the lake. Super quiet and serene. Ed and Robin were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and helpful with local information and suggestions. They were ready to assist whenever needed. Unfortunately the weather kept us from taking advantage of their kayaks but they were all available for use. Wonderful stay!”

“Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! ”

“We had a great stay, eventhough the weather wasn’t super conducive to our plans for the weekend. The house was perfect size for 2-4 guests. Very clean, rental process and communication was a breeze, house is located in a very quiet location surrounded by fields. Locations is convenient with a 20 min or so drive to Seneca and Cayuga Lake. I would definitely rent again! ”

“Great location on the water with fully stocked house. Close to wineries. Nice setup for a large group of people-most bedrooms have their own bathroom.”

“The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. We also enjoyed the lack of TV/electronics as it was a good way to enjoy the scenery and unplug for the weekend. We did have to bring our own linens and towels which would……

“Mike and Melissa were wonderful. Their house is beautiful and nicely updated. The upstairs guest room was far enough away from everyone else to feel like a relaxing escape from the rest of the family. The dock toys (floats) were fun and brand new. The space was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with bees and spiders but Mike was quick to get an exterminator. ”
