“We went to our great niece’s graduation in Marshall Tx . This place is nice and quiet and everything you will need is provided . The host is awesome and very responsive. The bed rooms are very nice and this place is very well kept . I will stay again when traveling to this area . The location is very close to the highway I-20 and shopping, Walmart , various restaurants. ”

“Wonderful home for family stay. House was clean, decorated nicely, stocked for families (toys, bunks etc), perfect fenced back yard for kids to run around and burn off some energy. ”

“The pictures don't show how big this place is. You had a dance floor in the living/kitchen area. I got to try a coffee I had not had, and love it. Cheryl is so awesome. I had left a coffee jar my grand-daughter grand-daughter gave me and she took it to the pack n ship to return to me. Saved me a 7 hour round trip to get it. The grounds are nice. I wanted to walk a trail aroud the pond, but was raining most of the trip. I will be going back. Thanks again Cheryl.”

“The home was amazing. The pictures online do not do it justice, and I thought the online photos were really good. Communication was excellent with the property manager, and check in instructions were on point and very easy to follow. We plan on renting this home again when we travel to the area. The only difference will be that next time we will definitely spend a little more time on the lake than we did this last time. ”

“Great place only one issue the master bathroom does not have shower some people like to take a good shower it does have tub also the bed on the master bedroom I will recommend to make it queen size it will be great specially when you have a baby other that that Is a really nice place landscape Is great beautiful trees Inside of the house is really beautiful we are definitely recommend to stay ”

“Great property for a large family! We stayed in Hallsville for our son’s graduation from ETBU. The house was less than 20 minutes away from campus. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again if we need to visit near Marshall. ”
