“The property was very comfortable and as pictured. Tina the host had great communication and was quick to respond. The property was very well stocked from dishes, and cookware, towels, games, books, etc... The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet as it was at the end of the road. Overall, a great place for families to stay. The only drawback for us was that the air conditioning was set at 74 and was not supposed to be set lower. We book several properties a year in Florida and……

One of the pools that we went to had enough room. The inside of this property is immaculate. I don't think i have stayed in a cleaner VRBO. Beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed during our trip. Host was only a phone call/text away. ”

There was a storm or something which knocked out the AC but the owners were immediately responsive and had it back up and running ASAP. “The greater Grenelefe property is under redevelopment as the current golf courses, tennis courts and community center (pools, etc.) have been shuttered for more than a few years. ”

“We booked this room and it was awful the closets were full of things and the window was broken in kids where kids sleep, room bunk beds were not made, mops brooms were dirty and left out, do not stay in here.can't believe they wouldn't do anything. So we went to front desk and rebooked another 2 bedroom and it was beautiful. ”

“river ranch wedstgate has gone from a fun family vacation to dog crap and a huge waste of time and money. the rooms are overpriced, and rodeo has become a big disappointment. The Golf carts were sold out, so was shooting, so was mostly everyhting. The food options are pathetic. the one sit down service restaurant is not suitable for my dog. the other restaurant is self serve in a cheap ugly building. We have been to River Ranch 4 times over last 6 years and we will never return again. ”

“We evacuated to this location during Hurricane Milton. The location was closed except for linemen and evacuees. It was clean, and the communication was great. It looked like a great place for the weekend. We'll be back in the future!”
