“Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me……

“We wanted to go to a quiet place. It definitely was that the home is close enough to amenities far away enough to be quiet. The pool was wonderful! The salt water felt so good. The home is a very nice size. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Home as advertised, just a little far from shopping, 20-30 minutes, no Golf Course. Close to Lakeland for Ball games. Helen was easy to contact & responded almost instantly. Pools amazing & well maintained just like the grounds. Jesus the park manager was very freindful & helpful. Residents & visitors also very friendful.”
