“Clean, spacious, nicely decorated! A private guest cottage with a comfy bed and nice amenities. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and the coast. The owners made sure all was in good order and were available if I had questions. Very nice. I have already recommended this property to friends and will definitely stay there again if I’m back in the area in the future”

“Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.”

“The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property.”

“We chose this property as it is close to our daughter and son-in-law. It was exactly as described, a perfect place to tuck in for the night and start the day with an excellent selection of teas (thank you). Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than most. Bathroom was very clean and bright with great water pressure/temp. Location is optimal for university proximity and La Mesa is close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.”

“This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! Also note that parking is on the street at……
