“Heater not working well. Didn’t gets good sleep and kids sick 😞”

“Pros: The service was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. I loved the free water dispense in the lobby and the free coffee dispenser which had regular and decaf versions of assorted coffee drinks and also hot chocolate. The hotel breakfast was good — mini cheese omelette, potatoes, pork sausage and turkey sausage, cereals, yoghurt, bread including bagels for toast, and my favorite was the frosted waffle which was really good warmed up in the toaster. “You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel feels very old and dirty. The elevator door is the first indicator of the poorly maintained nature of the hotel. The corridors and rooms smell and the back stairs (the way to get out to the various sides of the hotel) are clearly never vacuumed. There is a (now) chargeable laundry service in the hotel. Boy, what an effort to get that started. They like to make life difficult and I am pleased to report they have excelled in the task. The breakfast……
