“Pros: The service was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. I loved the free water dispense in the lobby and the free coffee dispenser which had regular and decaf versions of assorted coffee drinks and also hot chocolate. “Went there years ago when there was no hotel just a casino and outlet stores. So i was very impressed with everything I saw . The pool looked nice and inviting but closed early for an event. Love that its an adult only place”

“You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel feels very old and dirty. The elevator door is the first indicator of the poorly maintained nature of the hotel. The corridors and rooms smell and the back stairs (the way to get out to the various sides of the hotel) are clearly never vacuumed. There is a (now) chargeable laundry service in the hotel. Boy, what an effort to get that started. They like to make life difficult and I am pleased to report they have excelled in the task. The breakfast……
