“Such a charming hotel! Not too big, just the right size for a cozy and relaxing stay. It’s been recently renovated with a stylish boho vibe that feels both fresh and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely superb, and the hostess was so warm and attentive. The manager was also incredibly accommodating. Plus, it’s only a couple blocks from the beach! Perfect location and a truly wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!”

“This property is listed as 2 stars, but does not look or feel like that. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our suite, nice decor, we had two bathrooms, beds were very comfortable, kit check well equipped. The pool is great and bbq facilities came in handy when we did not want to dine out. Shops nearby were handy and is in good location to access the city and the airport. We will be coming back!”

“The hotel was in a great location just about a 10 minute drive to the beach and convenient to food and shopping. The interior of the property was clean and it was obvious the hotel and rooms were newly renovated. There is a great breakfast spread and electric vehicle charging in the underground parking. The staff was courteous and friendly during the quick check-in and check-out. This is a great hotel for a family trip or beach vacation. 9/10 definitely recommend.”

“My family and I are regulars at the Del Mar Beach Hotel because it is fabulous. It is the quintessential old school family owned California beach hotel. Completely renovated in with a classic beach palette and with the most comfortable beds on Earth. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. You'd expect to pay far more to stay at a place on the sand in San Diego. . . especially one that makes you feel like it's your home away from home.”

“A unique and most quaint little Inn. Only four rooms nestled in a courtyard behind the equally quaint Peruvian Restaurant. Small but cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restuarant, the most delicious choices of eggs or empanadas. Friendly and welcoming owners. Highly recommend. ”
