“Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. But this is all forgotten, and more made up for by the magnificence of this condo, and its location.”

“Four of us enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding and the house was centrally located for all of the venues we visited. Although we didn’t cook or eat at the house, the kitchen is well stocked. The provided coffee bar was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet. There is an AC unit in the main part of the house but not the bedrooms. With the windows open there is a nice breeze in the bedrooms. The 2 parking places provided are a great addition. The owners were easy to contact and provided……

“Great communication. The house is exactly as described. Beautiful views from the deck and living room. Hot tub was an added bonus. Definitely retro, like someone’s well preserved 70’s cabin. Be aware of the very steep driveway and dirt road to get to the house. Otherwise great stay!”

“Our family of 5 vacationed here over the July 4th holiday. Plenty of spots on the beach (especially since sand was added to extend the shoreline) and Del Mar Fair fireworks were a short walk away. The property is very conveniently located on the complex, right by the entrance gate, pickleball courts, pool & jacuzzi! Beds were comfortable, shower items were appreciated and we liked having the smart TVs for casting. Plenty of info in the house binder, which came in handy when we apparently tripped……

“The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location is outstanding - right on a bluff overlooking the beach and ocean - and right between the park leading down to the beach and a set of stairs to the sand. When you enter the home, the view of the ocean through the wall of glass in the back will take your breath away - it's that awesome. Other than sleeping in the house, we spent most of our time out back on the deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching the activity on the beach……

“Our family of 8 adults were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Del Mar area restaurants.The only recommendation would be to improve the beach chairs, umbrella toys. Most of what is there isn’t useable. But overall a great stay and we would visit again.”

“Even better than advertised! Lovely interiors with a breezy beachy feel, perfect for its location. The unit is just a quick walk from the front door to the ocean front. There are two pools, we frequented one of them with a hot tub and plenty of deck chairs to lay in the sun. Beds/pillows were comfortable, kitchen had all the basic necessities, wifi was strong, plenty of beach towels & amenities such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We stayed as a family of four with two teenagers, plenty……
