“We had 4 couples staying for 4 nights for a wedding in Del Mar. The floor plan was absolutely perfect - the family/kitchen area is open - but the bedrooms were off and felt private. It is remodeled and modern. The decor is very modern. ”

“We were very disappointed with the state of the rental when we arrived. My daughter cleaned the floors and vacuumed the carpet and filled the bin on the vacuum. The carpet is in need of a shampoo as well. She wiped down walls that were very dirty and in need of fresh paint. The bedding and towels were worn with some stains. I feel for the money we shouldn’t have to clean first and things should be in better shape. ”

“Overall our stay was nice. The biggest disappointment was the HOA rule about pets. Missed it completely when I booked the condo. We worked around other oddities but overall the say was nice. The Condo was clean and had the basics.”

“We spent a week at the property over new years. The check-in process was a little rough (multiple phone calls days leading up to check-in, having to walk to back unit to get the gate opener to drive car in, and lug everything from garage to unit.) Everything else was ok. I would not recommend this place if you're needing to put a small child in the entry bedroom. It wasn't ideal to have a kid in that room with that being the main door. “The condo was a wonderful getaway for a few days. Very nicely decorated and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and a very easy walk to the beach. Gina was a great host and let us have an early check in and late check out. We will be back.”

“When you walk into the place your first reaction is “Wow”. That view was incredible. We loved the location looking right out to the ocean. Being able to walk right down to the beach for sunset. We loved having the tennis/PB courts and the work out room. We were also able to walk to many restaurants and Delmar. We’ll definitely be back!!! ”

“Many families with our soccer team group were in the same complex and we had the best space by far! Very clean, fully equipped, and comfy beds. Even the pullout couch bed was nice. We were able to cook for 15-20 easily. So many good food places within walking distance. Highly recommend Pizza Port for pizza, Roberto’s for tacos (may need to drive), Achilles coffee, and SB Kitchen. Also, check out the lagoon about a mile away for running, Annie's Canyon Trail and Slot Canyon for hiking. Will……
