The front desk staff seemed to agree and said it was possible, but they needed Expedia to contact their hotel because Expedia was the one who charged me. So I had to leave the hotel and try to contact Expedia. The result? The hotel refused to refund me. This means that not only did I not get any sleep, but I was also deceived by the hotel. What a "wonderful" experience."
