The staff from the valet parking to the housekeeping and pool staff were all very pleasant and very helpful. There is a shopping mall across the street with a free shuttle service. The pool area was a particular favourite of ours. ”

“Pros: The service was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. I loved the free water dispense in the lobby and the free coffee dispenser which had regular and decaf versions of assorted coffee drinks and also hot chocolate. The hotel breakfast was good — mini cheese omelette, potatoes, pork sausage and turkey sausage, cereals, yoghurt, bread including bagels for toast, and my favorite was the frosted waffle which was really good warmed up in the toaster. “整體的體驗很好，cp值很高，早餐雖然簡單但好吃。唯一缺點是很容易聽到噪音，早上其他人退房時的行李聲有地震感。但都是在白天才會有明顯噪音，因此還可以接受！”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and always restocked with clean linens and towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. The room was fairly priced for the area. The one negative is the carpets are heavily stained and need to be replaced. Overall I would stay there again.”
