“Pros: The service was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. I loved the free water dispense in the lobby and the free coffee dispenser which had regular and decaf versions of assorted coffee drinks and also hot chocolate. The hotel breakfast was good — mini cheese omelette, potatoes, pork sausage and turkey sausage, cereals, yoghurt, bread including bagels for toast, and my favorite was the frosted waffle which was really good warmed up in the toaster. “Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and always restocked with clean linens and towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. The room was fairly priced for the area. The one negative is the carpets are heavily stained and need to be replaced. Overall I would stay there again.”

“So their key machine was down, which probably just thrilled the staff to death. However, they were on top of making sure I had access to my room. No inconvenience at all. Great job by everyone to deal with an annoying situation beyond their control”
