Within walking distance of Smiths Grocery Store, the best place to buy food.The reason for 4 starThe water pot to heat water was rusty, the oven does not work properly, we had some problems with the dishwasher, but finally got it going.No guard rail on the top bunk bed. Our guest's 11 year old daughter fell off the top bunk in her sleep.Other wise... it was a good experiance. ”

“Nice quiet space for simple lodging needs. Was in town for only a few days and needing somewhere to sleep and rest. To be fair, the listing has conflicting info. in regards to the King Bed. on the App it lists it as a King Bed but in the description it says Queen. I wouldn't have booked had I known it was only a Queen as that doesn't work for me and my wife. Sleep was challenging due to this. Outside of this, the commination was great, the access was easy, and the place covered our……

“We were staying for our daughter's wedding and reception and the location was perfect. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the condo. The amenities were perfect and very comfortable. It was a home away from home and a great place to rest before and after the wedding events. The downsides were parking availability on the street and the early morning wake-ups from the noise upstairs. Parking on the street is ok during the day, but after 10 pm it is almost impossible to find within a 2-block……

“We have been to Sundance several times and stayed at Sundance many times. This property was so perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and ski lift areas of Sundance, my husband and I so enjoyed the roomy, clean and well equiped property. We also loved that the property is dog friendly! A definite jewel of a property and we will be returning again sometime soon.”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
