“Cabin was been nicely decorated and kept. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be hair from a pet or human I found on a pillow and a towel, but nothing too serious. The washer almost ate my clothes but that was a risk I took knowing it wasn’t the best after chatting with the owner. The place is centrally located in SLC, however it is located in an RV park which was not advertised. It wasn’t a problem but simply wasn’t advertised. Overall it was a great place.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“This property was perfect for our stay. Amy was very responsive to our calls and questions. There were no issues at all with check-in and check out. Property is well kept and clean. “The room we stayed in could have used shelving in the bathroom for cosmetics and such. As far as the actual room, we left in the morning and returned in the evening so it didn't really matter. A coffee table or side tables would have been nice for beverages while watching TV at the end of the day. We had to leave a day early and I was not able to change the reservation, nor was there a refund for that night. Never experienced that with any of our past Orbitz bookings. Overall it was a nice stay.”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
