“This Best Western fit our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was well prepared with an excellent layout. The whole facility was very clean. One drawback was the fitness room odor was rather unpleasant and needed airing. Its location made getting to the eastern suburbs of Rochester and into the Finger Lakes very easy. We will definitely be staying there again.”

The attached restaurant and bar was so handy but the staff made it welcoming. The owners keep the house well stocked with anything you’d need including a variety of beds, toys, high chair, booster seat, fully stocked kitchen items/utensils. The home is very clean and well kept. We loved our time here and plan to stay again! ”
