“I wish the room has air purifier, like Japanese hotels do have them to reduce the room oder. Location is good, near by mall, i75 high way and banks. Room seems old a bit. The bed is too soft. The shower water pressure is low. ”

“Check in was good. Front desk was polite and helpful. But when we went to check in our room at 7pm our was being cleaned. I found this weird because we had a 3pm check in time. Again the girl at the front desk was helpful and assigned us a new room. This hotel is dirty and is in need of a deep clean. ”

“We always stay at the Royal Park when we’re in town visiting family. They offer an excellent location and consistent, friendly service. We really enjoy being within walking distance to all the many great restaurants in downtown Rochester. The aesthetic updates they’re doing throughout the hotel are nearly finished and look lovely; I like the mid-century modern touches and new upholstery, but I just wish they hadn’t erased all that beautiful warmth and sophistication of the natural wood paneling……

“The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations. ”

“We were surprised that the room was as small as it was but we did have a tiny kitchen with a two burner stove, small sink and refrigerator/freezer. For one nite it was fine but I wouldn't want to stay in this small a room for multiple nites. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was furnished with a bed, single nightstand with lamp and a dresser. We did use the folding chair outside the room to put some of our things on which was a big help. The back deck is nice but the view is of……
