“We did not get to stay in the apartment studio we had reserved. The hotel did not have a record of our confirmation number. They put us in a two queen size bed room. The room looked clean but the furniture looked pretty beat-up. The beds were comfortable and clean. But it was disappointing to experience the lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel.”

One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning. The property was in a great location with a very family friendly restaurant within feet of our front door, La Plancha. ……
