“Easy place to spend 2-3 nights. Staff is attentive and prompt. Room service was fast and tasty. Buffet breakfast was alright... Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). Overall a great mid-priced business hotel. ”

“The toilets have no exhaust so there's always a foul odour. The rooms are small. There was frequent power outages. ”

“Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services. The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities……
