“Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊”

“Cottage was very clean and supplied with essentials. HEB is 1 mile away which is helpful. Would have been nice if there paper plates, charcoal and lighter fluid, and basic condiments were provided. Great location, quiet and family friendly. 10 out of 10 I recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. “This place exceeded our expectations! The location, house, fishing, and host, were amazing. There was 17 of us ranging from 8 years old all the way to 30 and the house was big enough for everyone to fit comfortably. The layout allowed for us to be inside and still watch over the kids that were outside in the pool. “We loved the location. The stairs may be a problem in the future. The five of us are ages from 72 to 79. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great. It would have been nice to have foil and baggies in the kitchen and the garage can drawer needs repairs. The top shelf of the dishwasher also needs to be repaired. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful! ”
