“We've stayed here a several times now over the last 5 years and will be staying again this upcoming Saturday. This was the first time we were even somewhat disappointed as the room itself was 60 degrees and the bathroom and bathroom tile floor was much colder than the sleeping area, in fact the tile was so cold we had to walk on the towels. Then the water pressure was very, very weak. We learned a pipe had broken and was just fixed. But when we checked out, we told the them that we would not be……

“My wife forgot her fan and the person at the front desk found one for her to use for our stay, now that’s awesome customer service.”

“We stayed for the weekend while taking out daughter to visit Murray State. The space was great and clean and much better than a hotel room.”

“The property was clean and staff was very nice! The breakfast tasted good and the lady there was very sweet. I recommend asking not to get room 214. While there isn’t much of a view outside the hotel to begin with but there is absolutely no view from this room. You only see the back of the Hampton sign. Another down side is that it is directly above the main exit doors and you hear them opening and closing all the time! Another thing that might look great but is not functional if you want……
