“Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t……

“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟 後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差”

“Bersih but bagi customer bawa sendiri sabun syampoo and toiletries. Tidak dibekalkan. Hati-hati ketika masuk or keluar lift kerana lift mudah Tertutup dengan cepat dan kena alert dgn button. Toilet lampu malap bagi bilik 302. Overall the better place, grow the business in future. See you again when I see you. Thanks for place and service. ”
