"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."

"checkin experience terrible. the hotel under renovation. access to hotel closed buy they still keep using the template telling you how to access to the hotel. our car stopped at the closed gate and someone from the other help to indicate us other route to the hotel. while arriving to the checkin counter, the lady attitude pretty bad and not willing to tell us how to get to the pay car park. asking for a map and she gave us a long face and just circle two small spot throw us the map. the attitude is really bad. the room is nice and spacious and clean and quite only problem is the reception lady. "
