“Overall this was a very nice stay for my family and dog, especially if you're just looking for a peaceful place to hunker down.The only things I would want anyone to know before booking is that the cabin is right up against some woods and, thus, bugs. My daughter found a tick on her and there were several stink bugs and prolly pollies trotting around. Not a big deal unless you have bug phobias. Also, the path to the house is not paved, so you may want to take that into account with your luggage……

“This home, is by far, one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. It has everything and it was pristine clean. My husband and I brought our soon to be 16 year old daughter, and 3 of her friends for the weekend to celebrate her birthday for a weekend in September. The location is in a very nice, safe area/neighborhood. The dock and water access is right across a small street next to a picturesque bridge. Close to Grand Haven. “Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it. ”

“Lots of the reviews said something like "the best stocked rental house we've stayed out"...and that was exactly what we experienced. 2 kayaks, 3 SUPs, life jackets, plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels, soap/shampoo in both bathrooms...I could go on and on. The only thing we wanted that wasn't there were skewers for roasting marshmallows over the fire we had on the beach. Also, Cythia was great to work with. When the dryer wasn't work……

“This property was clean, comfortable, cozy and charming tucked into a wooded area with a private stairway down to the shore of Lake Michigan to a private beach. The view of Lake Michigan from the house was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and bright. There were plenty of places to sit inside and outside and enjoy the view. ”
