“Need better lighting for backyard at night. Keuriq machine doesn’t work, thank God you have another coffee maker. Your back door knob won’t turn most of time..Need hooks behind bathroom doors. Master closet switch problems. Ice machine doesn’t work, please supply extra hand towels.. Thank you.”

“After I booked our stay I never heard from the host. I started thinking this is kinda odd they usually reach out immediately but I figured surely I would hear from host before our arrival…….nope I reached out several times the day of our arrival (I only booked the day before) never got any reaponse. I decided to call VRBO customer service (who were all great btw), they got the host to respond to me and let me know that there had been a tornado (which really did happen) but because of that the……

“I enjoyed the stay at this location. The check in was very easy. There was more than enough space for us. The neighborhood was quiet. I will be back next year if not before ”

“We had a very comfortable stay. Please note this is the end unit in a quad plex. The back yard is a shared backyard with the rest of the plex. The unit was clean. However, had some minor maintenance issues. The property manager was excellent with communication,prior to, during and after stay. ”
