“Well-appointed, beautifully decorated home-it was great for our family get-together. Bright, spacious space. Just step out on the screened porch to see deer across the pond, listen to birds or bullfrogs. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the covered porch downstairs while our child played on the sandy beach in front. The foosball table downstairs was a family fave as was the catch and release fishing in the lake. Great communication with responsive host.Pro tip: grab groceries at Sullivans……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Key Rest Home. The beds were comfortable and the space was beautiful. Lots of room in the kitchen cooking and around the dining table for a card game. We will for sure be back for our next visit. ”

“Booked on a whim to get away for a couple nights along the Mississippi and this seemed like the right fit. We weren't looking for anything extreme, just something comfortable and near the water. This certainly checked the boxes! The host was wonderful and very accommodating to allow us to bring our pup along for the fun. Close to some great wineries and breweries. If you've never experienced the Mississippi River's unique tempo, this is perfect. The train trestle was visible right from the back……

“The hosts are the best in the midwest. Great communication and went out of their way to accommodate us. House was very nice and comfortably slept 6 people. Screened in porch was the perfect place to start the day with coffee in the morning, and end the day with a beautiful sunset. ”

“This is a nice little place in a quiet area of Dixon, easy to get to off of the main route. It was a great central location for us to stay while we visited family in the area.The two rooms downstairs worked out well for two of the guests that couldn't do stairs well and my son and I shared a room upstairs.Brought back many memories of going to my grandparents' farm. The old wood doors and floors just made it feel and smell the same as my childhood. Even saw some wildlife during our stay and……

“Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. Even so, he went over and above to make things right, and has been very accommodating and responsive throughout our……
