“We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was larger than we expected. There was an extra blanket which I used since I was next to the a/c. The person at the front desk provided quick information about places to eat (we arrived relatively late in the evening). Our only complaint was that elevator maintenance work was conducted 30 minutes before checkout and there was a crowd having to use the stairs, but this did not last long. We would stay here again if we came back to Lancaster.”

The staff was courteous and well versed in their job. Everything was top notch, our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, offered just the right selection. And the coffee was, without a doubt, OUT OF THIS WORLD; the best hotel coffee I've ever had! Stay here with confidence.”
