“had a great weekend with my college buddies just hanging out and watching the NCAA BB tournament. the home was better than we expected. beds were super comfortable. kitchen had everything we needed including utensils for the grill. for two days we stretched out in the motorized theater chairs and watched basketball games. great big screen, great sound and easy to work all the remotes. home was very clean. location at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small neighborhood gave us plenty of privacy.……

“Beautiful place - enjoyed staying here. We visited at least 20 waterfalls within 2 hours of Cookeville, TN. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure.
