“Beautifully decorated home, very creative and fun themes in each room. Our family of 9 with two toddlers had a wonderful time here. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, bikes, beach stuff, so many game we couldn’t get to them all. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked including spices. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great in the evening. Outdoor golf,and bowling lane were A lot of fun too! Don’t miss out on staying here. “We came to Tampa for the YAGP ballet competition at the Straz Center. This property was close enough that we could easily commute back and forth from the Straz multiple times a day, which was a huge plus, and it also was far enough from the Straz that we could happily retreat from the bustle and commotion of downtown. “My wife and I really injoyed our stay at the Paradice Privacy Cottage. Our host was very polite and helpful. The cottage was small but spacious. Perfet for two people. The neighborhood seemed to be very nice and quite. We were about 20 minutes or so from the Clearwater beaches and less than an hour from St. Petersburg. Then were plenty of things to do and see within a short drive. A very nice place to visit. My wife finally got to see the white beaches of Florida. ”

“The home was very clean and well maintained. The kayaks were in really good shape and the seats worked well. The area is amazing and home has a great spot right on the corner of the canal. The one thing that tripped us up a bit was that you either need a Roku account or fire stick to watch TV. We did not have either with us so we couldn't watch TV the entire trip. Wish we had known to prepare for that. Otherwise, the home is wonderful. Thank you to Jason for quick responses. ”

“This was actually our second stay in this lovely home. Cannot say enough about the attention to detail throughout the house. So many travelers' needs are anticipated by the owners and communication with them is very easy. Also the location could not be better for heading north to Tarpon Springs or south to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater. The Pinellas Trail is literally a block or two from the house as well. We are already thinking about a return trip next year!”

“Provided all kinds of amenities...small appliances in the kitchen, lots of dishes and cookware, spices, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, hair dryer, iron and board, games, etc. House is a nice size and provided plenty of beds. Sweet pool for the kids or relaxing. Close to multiple beach access points and shopping. Loved Honeymoon Island!”

“This is the perfect house if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing Clearwater vacation. Everything is with in walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and a very short walk away. There is a very useful beach wagon in the garage. When you’re tired of the sand and want to relax after the beach the pool is warm and very clean. The hot tub is great for a late night dip or early morning to warm up when the weather is still a little chilly. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.……
