“Everything about this place more than met our expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood a stones throw from parks, quaint downtown Ft. Mill or great shopping and dining options. Master suite downstairs with guest rooms upstairs made it easy for us to have overnight family guests. Communication with our hostess was quick and easy. If you need something and can’t find it, you just aren’t looking. ”

“This is a very comfortable, amazingly well stocked home that is easy walking distance to downtown Waxhaw and all the restaurants and shops located there, and if your pet accompanies you when you travel, this is an extremely welcoming property with a large fenced yard. Everything considered, this was one best rental experiences we've had. ”

“The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time……

“The house was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and a great location. I was in town for work for a few days and it had everything I needed. The house was extremely clean and the host followed up to make sure everything was exactly as needed. I would definitely recommend the house and the host. ”

“The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.”

“I thought the house was super cute when I booked. It did not disappoint. We were in town to get together with family, we had plenty of room for everyone with us. We enjoyed a park nearby with the kids. There were plenty of places to eat within a few minutes driving. Would stay here again!”

“The property was amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice, extremely spacious, clean, and amazing yard for kids to run around, great lake access, and huge fire pad for the family to warm up around. They also provided large amount of fire wood, full stocked kitchen, board games. True lake house. The host was extremely friendly and helpful! Reached out to us before our trip to let us know to reach out with any questions and quick to respond. If we can we’ll book again when we come back!. ”

“This was the perfect retreat for a weekend away with my roller-coaster enthusiast of a son. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pull-out couch was the most comfortable bed ever! We used the kayaks on the lake and I enjoyed much-needed “me time”, reading my book on the dock. Short drive to Carowinds for adventure!”
