“剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。”

“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and……

“Very clean and big room (we had the Deluxe Double room), Free bottled water every day was a nice touch. Shower had good water pressure. Had some concerns about being above the pub, but even when it was open until 11, the noise stopped pretty much immediately every night. Great location for food and transportation (also late night food!). Spent 4 nights here and would definitely return again. Note: as they disclose, there is no lift. Also the bath tubs are quite high and could pose difficulties……
